A: We offer FREE delivery up to 50 miles from the closest dealer to the point of delivery. To qualify for free delivery, you don't have to order your building from the closest dealer. If you live beyond the 50-mile radius, please contact the sales rep for the state you live in to give you an accurate cost.

A: Yes! All of our buildings are customizable. They have a standard placement for doors and windows, but you can add an additional door, window, roll-up, etc. We can add or remove just about anything you want, as long as it doesn't compromise the integrity of the building.

A: We offer an affordable alternative to buying your portable building and we do not do credit checks. Just sign a 36 or 48-month rent-to-own contract. A small security deposit and / or your first month's rent are the only things required to get a building delivered to you!

A: Our buildings are usually delivered within 20 to 25 days from the date the order was received. Weather conditions and the seasonal demand may affect delivery.

A: You only need a general level location for your building to sit on. We will level the building up to 18". Our buildings are designed to rest directly on their skids and to level the building we use treated wood blocks. If you prefer concrete blocks, we only require that you provide the blocks.

A: We require a vertical space of 14', measured from the ground to the top of the building when it is on the trailer. Make sure to take into account any tree branches or utility wires. Our drivers are very skilled with a mule, but still, need a minimum of 1' of space to maneuver the building through an opening. A building 12' wide will require a 14-foot wide space (1 foot on each side).

A: It's your responsibility to contact your local city and county agencies for zoning permits, setbacks, and covenants. We also recommend that you contact your Homeowners Association (if applicable) to determine what neighborhood rules and regulations apply.
